Why am I not receiving a response?

Here are a few quick suggestions that can help:

Did you receive an offer? If not, then there would not be a way to purchase tickets until an offer has been received. For more info, see (General Ticket Help).

Did you misspell any of the keywords? Did you provide a number of tickets? Are there spaces in between each keyword? (Example: BUY TEAM 2).

If all of the above criteria is met, there may be a block on your phone that restricts your ability to send messages to a short code number. You can sometimes turn this feature on/off in your phone settings, but you may need to contact your mobile provider for further assistance.
